Full Day Workshop with Swami Gurusharanananda– “Music, Mantras and Ma”

Swami Gurusharanananda, the Head of our Ma Sharanam School and Ashram in India, will present the teachings of our ashram. Swakriya Yoga (movements with mantras through the elements), chanting, meditation and many practical spiritual methods for deepening your spiritual life will be shared. Interlaced with kirtan and bhajans from both of us.
A vegetarian lunch will be provided midday. With Gangadhar Gerhard on tabla.
