Labour Day Retreat at Sivananda Yoga Farm

At this beautiful retreat center and ashram in Northern Cal, I will be teaching a class on mantra, sound and meditation, and will be leading kirtan at the evening satsang. With Narayan Das Ruff on twelve string, Gobind Upal on tabla and Upendra Wrinkle on flute.
