Online Retreat and Workshop with Acharya Mangalananda

I will be teaching a class within the Sivananda Yoga week long retreat “Classical Yoga for Self Healing”. My class will be entitled “Remembering the Soul; The Divine Names for True Healing”. We will work with invoking and practically working with the Divine Names of the Divine for meditation, life healing and Illumination. Pracitcal hints for daily and lifelong sadhana.
