Please join us for our ongoing in-depth experience of kirtan. We will explore together the raaga, taal and bhaav of kirtan, considering the words, history and invocation of each number. In an intimate setting in the Temple Room of Open Secret Bookstore. Bob Couillard on guitar and Gangadhar on tabla.

Gloria and I will be gone from the 18th -- 29th

I'll be joined by Gangadhar on tabla and Bob Couillard on guitar for our monthly plunge into the depths of Kirtan;  it's meanings, bhav taal and raag. I'll be sharing some new kirtans I learned on my recent trip back to India.
