I will be sharing kirtan on Friday night, August 29th at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA. This will be part of an amazing four-day event on Vedic Thought with many deep and wonderful speakers and participants.
I will be performing at an SRF (Self Realization Fellowship) fundraiser called "Lila Fest" in LA on the 13th September. There will just be my band and one other artist. The funds collected will go to a children's fund sponsored by SRF
Swami Gurusharan, who I tour every year in Europe with, and the head of the Omkareshwar Ashram is coming to the USA in September and October. I will join him for his first US kirtan in Boston, MA on the 20th September.
Saturday, September 27th I will be sharing kirtan with my full band at Be Yoga in Palo Alto
Navaratri satsang and kirtan at the Integral Yoga Institute of San Francisco. This is more of a kirtan class in which we share Traditional kirtans and bhajans in depth, thinking of the meanings, histories and stories; the ragas and taals, etc. Intimate setting and only Gangadhar accompanying on tabla.
