The program begins at 4:00 with an all-level yoga class given by Swami Adi; this is followed at 5:00 by a talk by our dear friend Swami Sita on Sadhana for Self Healing; we (our full band) will present kirtan at 6:00 followed by a reception. A worthy and uplifting way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Please join us.
